How is Shivakshi Events related to Vibrantcar?
Shivakshi Events is a unit of Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited, which runs Vibrantcar, a chauffeur-driven car and coach rental business. Guest transport for our events — airport transfers, shuttles, VIP and wedding cars — therefore comes from the same group rather than an outside vendor.
How much does it cost to hire an event management company?
It depends on the event's scale, venue, dates and scope. We cost every event from your brief and share an itemised estimate — venue, rooms, food and beverage, production, transport, entertainment and our management fee — so you can see exactly where the budget goes.
How early should we contact you?
As early as you can. As a guide: peak-season weddings, 8 to 12 months; conferences and dealer meets for 100 or more guests, 4 to 6 months; offsites and private parties, 4 to 8 weeks. We will always tell you honestly what is possible in the time available.
Do you plan events outside Jaipur?
Yes. We plan events across Rajasthan — Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Pushkar, Ranthambore and more — and can discuss events in other Indian cities case by case.
Do you provide transport for guests?
Yes. Airport and railway pickups, hotel-to-venue shuttles, coaches, tempo travellers and VIP and wedding cars are provided by Vibrantcar's chauffeur-driven fleet and coordinated by our team.
