Our office is at P. No. 3, Sahdev Nagar, Niwaru Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012. We plan events across Rajasthan, including Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Pushkar and Ranthambore.

Shivakshi Events is a unit of Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited, which runs Vibrantcar, a chauffeur-driven car and coach rental business. Guest transport for our events — airport transfers, shuttles, VIP and wedding cars — therefore comes from the same group rather than an outside vendor.

It is how we describe our work: we help people celebrate (weddings and private occasions), connect (corporate events and MICE) and create (production, décor, entertainment and guest experiences).

It depends on the event's scale, venue, dates and scope. We cost every event from your brief and share an itemised estimate — venue, rooms, food and beverage, production, transport, entertainment and our management fee — so you can see exactly where the budget goes.

As early as you can. As a guide: peak-season weddings, 8 to 12 months; conferences and dealer meets for 100 or more guests, 4 to 6 months; offsites and private parties, 4 to 8 weeks. We will always tell you honestly what is possible in the time available.

Yes. Share the budget upfront and we design the event to fit it, showing the trade-offs line by line rather than surprising you later.

Yes. We plan events across Rajasthan — Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Pushkar, Ranthambore and more — and can discuss events in other Indian cities case by case.

Yes. If you have a venue, decorator, photographer or caterer you trust, we coordinate them as part of the plan.

Yes. Corporate clients receive GST tax invoices, and we can bill against purchase orders with the cost heads your finance team needs.

Yes. For MICE programmes we coordinate venues, room blocks, delegate travel, airport transfers, production, food and beverage, activities and on-ground management under one plan.
