Who we are
About Shivakshi Events
A Jaipur event management and MICE company — and the events unit of Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited. We bring planning, production, hospitality and guest transport under one roof.
Our story
Events and the journeys around them, in one place
Shivakshi Events is the events and MICE unit of Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited, the Jaipur company behind Vibrantcar's chauffeur-driven car and coach services.
Vibrantcar already moves guests for weddings, conferences and corporate events. Shivakshi Events brings the rest of the occasion — venues, design, production, hospitality and on-ground management — into the same organisation, so clients deal with one accountable team rather than a chain of separate vendors.
Our tagline is our promise: Celebrate, Connect, Create. Celebrations for families, connections for businesses, and the creative production that makes both memorable.

What we believe
Four principles we work by
Honest estimates
We cost every event line by line and tell you plainly what a budget can and cannot do.
One accountable team
One lead, one plan and one escalation line — from the first call to the final invoice.
Guests first
Every decision is tested against one question: what will this feel like for the guest?
Respect for heritage
Rajasthan's palaces, forts and havelis are living heritage. We plan within their rules and leave them as we found them.
How we work
Five steps, no surprises
- 01
Discover
We listen first: the occasion, the guests, the dates, the budget and what success looks like.
- 02
Design
A concept, venue options and an itemised estimate — so decisions are easy to make.
- 03
Plan
Vendors, travel, transport and a minute-by-minute run-of-show, shared with you as it takes shape.
- 04
Deliver
Our team on the ground with a control desk, so you can be a guest at your own event.
- 05
Debrief
A reconciled account, photographs and an honest look at what to repeat next time.
Part of Vibrantcar
Our transport comes from our own group
Vibrantcar is the chauffeur-driven car and coach rental business of Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited. It provides the sedans, SUVs, tempo travellers and coaches that move guests at Shivakshi events.
Celebrate · Connect · Create
Let's create something unforgettable.
Tell us the occasion, the city and the date. We'll come back with ideas, options and an honest estimate.
