Transport is where most events quietly fail: a missed pickup, a coach that arrives late, a VIP waiting at the wrong terminal. It is also the part event companies most often subcontract and least control.
We do not hand it off. Vibrantcar's chauffeur-driven sedans, SUVs, tempo travellers and coaches are dispatched against our event manifest, with marshals at airports and venues and a control desk tracking every movement. When a flight is delayed or the programme changes, the adjustment happens inside one organisation.

Is transport provided by your own fleet?
Yes. Shivakshi Events is a unit of Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited, which operates a chauffeur-driven fleet of sedans, SUVs, tempo travellers and coaches. Your event's transport is planned and dispatched within the same group.
Can you handle airport arrivals for a large group?
Yes. We build arrival waves from your flight manifest, place meet-and-greet staff at the terminal and run a control desk that adjusts to delays.
Can you provide decorated cars for a wedding?
Yes. Decorated cars for the couple, baraat vehicles and family cars can be arranged from the fleet.
Do you provide transport outside Jaipur?
Vibrantcar operates in many Indian cities. For events outside Rajasthan, tell us the city and dates and we will confirm availability.
