Dealer meets your partners will talk about

A dealer meet has three jobs: share the plan, recognise performance and give partners an experience that makes them feel valued. We design the programme around all three, and handle every moving part from arrivals to the farewell dinner.

Formats we produce

  • Annual dealer conferences
  • Distributor meets
  • Channel partner summits
  • Regional sales meets
  • Dealer launch meets
  • Retailer recognition nights
  • Top-performer clubs

For automobile, FMCG, pharma, building-materials and consumer-durables brands, the annual dealer or channel-partner meet is one of the year's most important investments in relationships. Partners give up two or three days of business to attend; the programme has to repay that.

Rajasthan is a natural setting. Jaipur, Udaipur and Jodhpur offer heritage venues that feel like an occasion, good air connectivity and evening experiences — folk performances, palace dinners, desert camps — that a city hotel cannot match.

Good to know

Planning notes from our team

Mix business with leisure carefully

Keep business sessions in the mornings, when attention is highest, and use afternoons for experiences. Partners remember the evenings; make sure they also remember the message.

Plan recognition early

Award lists usually finalise late. We build the show around placeholders so last-minute changes to names and categories do not derail rehearsals.

Know your travellers

Dealer groups often include first-time flyers and senior family members. Meet-and-greet staff and clear joining instructions matter more than they seem.

Where we plan this most often: Jodhpur.

Questions

Dealer & Channel Partner Meets: FAQs

Where in Rajasthan is best for a dealer meet?

Jaipur is the easiest for travel and has the widest range of hotels. Udaipur suits a premium, smaller group with a lakeside setting. Jodhpur and Jaisalmer work well for groups that want a desert experience. We recommend based on group size, budget and where partners are flying from.

Can you organise both the business sessions and the leisure programme?

Yes. We plan the full programme — sessions, awards, gala evenings, sightseeing and transport — so there is one schedule and one team accountable for it.

Can you arrange celebrity performers or anchors?

We arrange anchors, live bands, folk troupes and artist bookings through our entertainment partners, subject to availability and budget. Fees for well-known artists vary widely, so we quote them separately.

How many days should a dealer meet be?

Two nights and three days is the most common format: arrival and a welcome dinner, a full day of business and awards, and an experience or sightseeing half-day before departure.
