Destination weddings in Rajasthan, planned with heart

A destination wedding is three or four days of celebrations, a few hundred guests and a family that wants to enjoy every moment rather than manage it. We plan the whole celebration — venue, décor, rituals, hospitality and guest travel — so you can be present for it.

Formats we produce

  • Palace weddings
  • Heritage haveli weddings
  • Lakeside weddings
  • Desert weddings
  • Intimate weddings
  • Wedding weekends
  • Receptions

Rajasthan is India's most loved wedding destination for good reason: palaces and havelis that need little embellishment, a deep tradition of hospitality and settings — lakes, forts, dunes — that make every function feel different.

We plan weddings as a series of experiences — haldi in a garden, mehndi in a courtyard, a sangeet under the stars, pheras at golden hour — and run them with the discipline of a corporate event. Guest arrivals, room allocation, transport between functions and hospitality desks are handled by our team, with vehicles from Vibrantcar.

What we handle

What's included

  • Venue selection

Palace hotels, heritage havelis, resorts and lakeside or desert properties, shortlisted against guest count, dates and budget.

  • Function design

Haldi, mehndi, sangeet, wedding and reception — each with its own theme, décor and flow.

  • Décor and florals

Mandap, stage, florals, lighting and tablescapes by décor partners we direct and manage.

  • Guest hospitality

RSVPs, room allocation, welcome hampers, hospitality desks and personalised itineraries.

  • Guest transport

Airport and station pickups, inter-venue shuttles, baraat vehicles and the couple's cars from Vibrantcar's fleet.

  • Entertainment

Sangeet choreography, live bands, DJs, folk performers and fireworks where permitted.

  • Rituals and vendors

Pandit coordination, photographers, makeup and mehndi artists and caterers, managed to one schedule.

  • Wedding-day control

A dedicated team running every function, so the family can be guests at their own wedding.

Good to know

Planning notes from our team

Peak season books early

The October-to-March season and auspicious muhurat dates fill fast at sought-after venues. For a peak-season wedding, start eight to twelve months ahead if you can.

Count rooms, not just guests

Many palace venues have limited rooms. Plan where every guest sleeps before you fall in love with a venue.

Music and fireworks have rules

Noise limits and fireworks restrictions apply at many venues and on certain dates. We confirm what each venue allows before planning the sangeet or the baraat.

Where we plan this most often: Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Pushkar, Ranthambore.

Questions

Destination Weddings: FAQs

Which is the best city in Rajasthan for a destination wedding?

It depends on the feel you want. Jaipur has the widest choice of venues and the easiest connectivity; Udaipur is romantic and lakeside; Jodhpur is grand and dramatic; Jaisalmer is made for desert celebrations. We will recommend a city based on guest count, budget and where your guests travel from.

How far in advance should we book a destination wedding?

Eight to twelve months for peak-season dates at popular venues. Four to six months can work for smaller weddings or off-peak dates.

Do you handle guest transport for the wedding?

Yes. Airport and railway pickups, shuttles between hotels and venues, baraat vehicles and the couple's cars are provided by Vibrantcar, our parent company's chauffeur-driven fleet, and coordinated by our wedding team.

Can you plan an intimate wedding?

Yes. Smaller weddings open up beautiful venues that cannot host large crowds — heritage havelis, boutique palaces and private villas.

Will you work with vendors we have already chosen?

Yes. If you already have a photographer, designer or caterer you love, we bring them into the plan and coordinate them alongside our own partners.
