Who we are

Shivakshi Events is a unit of Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited (CIN U63000RJ2020PTC068322), registered office P. No. 3, Sahdev Nagar, Niwaru Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012. In these pages, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Shivakshi Events and Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.shivakshievents.com and when you work with us, why we collect it and what choices you have. Questions go to enquiries@shivakshievents.com.

What we collect

• Enquiries. Your name, phone number, email, company and the event details you choose to share in our form — type of event, destination, dates, guest numbers, budget range and message.
• Conversations. What you tell us by phone, WhatsApp or email while we plan with you.
• Event delivery. When we run an event for you: guest names, contact numbers, travel and arrival details, rooming, dietary and accessibility needs — provided by you or your guests so that we can deliver the event.
• Technical data. Our servers record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics records how the site is used (see Cookies below).

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals and estimates.
• To plan and deliver your event, including guest transport and hospitality.
• To raise invoices and keep the records Indian tax and company law require.
• To keep the website secure and understand, in aggregate, how it is used.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

• Event partners — venues, hotels, caterers, decorators, production companies, artists and other suppliers — only what each needs to deliver your event.
• Vibrantcar — Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited's transport operations, when your event includes guest transport.
• Service providers who host our website and email, and (if enabled) analytics, under their own security obligations.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in discussion with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Event, contract and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law require. Guest lists and travel details are deleted once an event is closed and its accounts are settled, unless we are required to keep them.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, withdraw consent you have given, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

To make a request or raise a grievance, write to enquiries@shivakshievents.com or call +91 7069982140. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

The website does not use advertising cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets cookies that measure visits and page use in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to enquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if something goes wrong.

Children

Our website is not directed at children. Where an event involves children — for example, as guests at a family celebration — their details are provided by their parents or guardians and used only to deliver that event.
