Load-in time is precious
Venues often allow limited build time between events. A clear schedule and pre-built elements prevent last-minute compromises.
Create · Production & experience
Production is where an idea becomes a room people walk into. We design the stage, light, sound, screens and décor as one picture, and manage the crews, schedules and safety that get it built on time.
Formats we produce
Good production is invisible: guests notice the atmosphere, not the trusses. Achieving that takes coordination — between décor and lighting designers, between LED content and the run-of-show, between load-in schedules and venue rules.
We work with production, décor and floral partners we know, and act as your production manager: one design, one schedule, one point of contact, and someone on site making sure what was promised is what gets built.
What we handle
Concepts, 3D visuals and technical drawings for stages, backdrops and sets.
Speech and music systems sized for the room, with technicians on the console.
Ambient, architectural and show lighting that changes the mood through the evening.
LED walls, projection mapping and content playback.
Florals, drapes, furniture, tablescapes and installations for weddings and galas.
Cold pyros, confetti, low fog and reveals — only where the venue permits them.
Generator backup, load planning, rigging checks and fire-safety coordination.
How it runs
Mood boards, references and a design direction.
Visuals, drawings and a technical rider.
Crew schedules, load-in windows, power and safety plans.
Installation, technical checks and rehearsals.
Operators on console during the event, and a clean breakdown afterwards.
Good to know
Venues often allow limited build time between events. A clear schedule and pre-built elements prevent last-minute compromises.
Outdoor and heritage venues may have limited power. We plan generator backup and load distribution early.
Palaces and forts often restrict fixings to walls, open flames and heavy rigging. We design within those rules from the start.

Yes. Outdoor events need weather contingencies, power backup and lighting plans, and we build these in from the start.
Yes, through production partners we manage, sized to your venue and audience.
